Mekkano has already well established and good relationships with the biggest retail stores, pharmacies and saloons in Iceland. We only distribute products we believe in, and we go above and beyond for our brands.
Our team
Mekkano was founded in 2018 by Hlynur Már Ólafsson with only one brand. In 2020 Sigrún María Grétarsdóttir joined the company, and today we distribute five cosmetic brands in over forty of the biggest retail stores, pharmacies and saloons.
